Re:Martin Luther II 1 Year, 2 Months ago
ok nze nga mugisha nekusawa eno gwemuyita omubii, silowoza nti kibela kyamakulu okugamba nti "connect does not discriminate", nga some registered members of connect show some discriminative behavior. Silowoza nti okubukka elinya lyange kyali kilunji nga mwe bwemugezako okungaamba. Ok ekyammaanya gomu chatroom kyekyatandika binno byonna kuba nze nali sisobola kutula butuzi nga nda ebintu ebyekika nga kino. Nali nina okusitukilamu mumpe ne reasons lwaki ebintu ngabinno nze byentadeko eliso bikyagenda mumaso. Naye kati ekya manya gomu chatroom tusobola okukileka wadde kyekyaleta spark ya whole issue. My last issue is why doesn't connect do anything about it's memebers who make discriminatory remarks? Nze nsubila bwekiba nti kyakuleta bantu together, connect yoyenyini elina okugaana abantu okukola racist remarks. Ate nga ne ba administrators bakilaba nabo. Nze nsubila bwolaba ensobi notajigolola, then nawe obela.... the world is a dangerous place not because of those who do evil, but because of those who do nothing. kati racist remarks ezo ntusse nokuzijjayo wekibadde kisukidde nga ela zikyaliyo. Siganyi wadde mwe ba administrators musazewo nga disclaimer yamwe bwegaamba, silowoza nti baganda bange abalala bwebanajja wanno banabela basanyuffu nga basoma ebintu ebiffananako nga ebyo wagulu. (Awo ejakuba nga effuse yabamu sibonna) Ate nakino kankijjeyo. Enaku ezo kyekyali kyekweseza musese. Musese yali okoze olutalo mu chatroom nga elemedde kumusajja... Musese namugambilawo nti "according to what you are saying, you are being discriminative..." kuba nze ekibi kyendabye sikikwekeza naakamu! ela musese yamala ebanga lyona lyeyamala. Nze ebintu ebyo bibadde binuuma mpaka webituse nga njagala nfune explanation ddala lwaki bikolebwa? Administrator that small thing which you call tiny, is a big deal! Gwe okilaba nga ekitono, naye kintu kinene. Nze nsubila kyandibadde kimpa amakulu manji nnyo okungaamba ekintu kimu kyokka nti I was busy, it was a live show... ok I understood it but still you had to tell me how it is not a big deal...????? Ekyokulabilako. Olaba abantu byebakuba esimu nga banganba nti lwaki "lwaki ffe ababela ejindi temututumilako..." obutabatumila kiyinza okuba tekilina kyekibakosa naye gwe olowoza lwaki babela bagaala nabo okutumilwa? kilowozeko olabe then olyoke obulille nga issue yange combined with all other remarks I have encounter at connect bweyali not a big deal... (byebyo obusajja obuzungu obumu byebukyakola abadugavu) Naye nekusawa yalelo, nkye'ebazannyo Seprex kubanga yajjayo buli kintu kyonna! (nabamu byebali begaanyi) Nsubila something needs to be done about the previously quoted remarks!

Right on.

I will take the bull by its horns.

ericmugisha.......Thanx a million for bringing out all those entries with comments by members as stated.

Do yourself and us a favour, after reading that disclaimer Mike posted(Just in case you had not read it before),have it rooted in your mind that none of the content of the entries on this Forum are Connect Uganda's responsibility. That is crystal clear, and Connect Uganda cannot be put at fault/blame and accuse the whole Institution of discrimination for statements by subscribers.Bandi's entry was spot on, and if you want to blame someone for discriminating you, its yourself you have to attack.

You can imagine how someone would feel about a statement from a mugisha like this;
QUOTE:
Robster kankuyambe nkudilemu ekibuzo kyo. Abanyankole babafulinga (oba mwe baani?) Naye ebisela ebisinga ekivilako omuntu okumufulinga, kuba omuntu oyo aba alina obwongo naye nga tabukozesa. abafulingibwa abanyankole, mufulingibwa lwakuba mulina obwongo naye temwagala kubukozesa!!! ate ela bwemunagwamu obutitizi bwokutya GUN, nze ndowoza nti abanyankole bajja kulekela awo gwe kyoyise okubafulinga...
,

So one asks himself..Who is fooling who?

Is it a mugisha fighting in the Buganda corner, or Robster and the rest who refuse to agree to mugisha's comments to incite the Baganda to fight?

I am prompted to point this out, perhaps it could be of help and for future reference.

I believe I am the only person amongst us who knows you most.

I am pretty sure you still remember the conversation we had the very 1st time you entered the connect uganda chatroom.

In a nutshell, you slammed the radio and its presenters.

You then demanded a specific song be played for you,at that specific time though I had explained to you that you had arrived late and presenters had signed off!!It wasn't a pleasant exchange there, and you called me names too.

I never took it anywhere beyond those lines, and here we are now.

Up until now, I believed that nothing more than trying to announce your presence was your intentions.(which you have successfully accomplished)

But after this, I am wondering what you real motives were/are, up to this minute.

If it is anything to tarnish the name of the radio so loved all over the world,by branding the moderators and presenters ABASOSOZE,and refering yourself to OMWANA OMUJJA NA NYINA as being treated differently by them,SIR on behalf of the Forum and the Chatroom ,I say,we are that united that we wont let you succeed.

A lot of effort and resources have been applied to this cause, for someone to come and try to wreck it in such amateurish moves. If it is the case( and I am not implying that it is but IF)then you need to try a lot harder than this.

If you have differences with individual members, fair enough, that can be dealt with appropriately as Mike stated earlier, but dragging the whole Connect Uganda Institution into this is totally unacceptable.

I will reiterate that you presence is valued and your input and entries form a good contribution to connect uganda as a community.

However, you need to draw a line.

All eyes are on you sunshine, because you have put yourself in such a position.

Stay blessed and lets hope this thread is as good as closed, and should be archived.

Alternatively, all of us who'd said mean things, we could apologize to each other. Mugisha you said evil things about my Jesus, and my King. That's why I said what I said, and in one instance I was deliberately aiming at hurting you. If you tell me you are sorry about the things you said, I too will take back that thing I said that you mentioned up there, and the other, you know which. Otherwise, you being a Mathematician, you know if its you said and I said, it councels out into nothingness. Unlike you, I hold no grudges and I still wish you could stay. But I think what you'll need kwekulekerawo okwenakuwaza nakuwaza ebya kabwa bwa bwa. I told you about this before:-
