They are shouting from afar and in the media trying to justify themselves and at the same time point fingers just to confuse the populance. Uganda has devolved to the point that no person with real integrity can be a part of the system. Being a member of our current government requires that you mutate into a filthy thieving twisted bent deformed shell of your former self. The system is designed to eradicate integrity. Integrity and politics in Uganda have become mutually exclusive.
Over time the upright ones will weed themselves out, leaving only the “corrupt” in preparation for the forth term and there will be no more whistle blowing.
Its pure instinct with them they see anything and they feel they must own it.
