In Africa,It is customary that when a son gets married and a new daughter-in-law arrives in the family, everything changes.

Some daughters-in-law are well trained and well mannered....They don't come to change the family, they are here just to..... (Just read on):-

"My dear family, I thank you for welcoming me into my new home and family.

Firstly, my being here does not mean that I would want to change your way of life or your routine .

Not at all, I will never do that, never in a million years."



"What do you mean my child?" asked the father-in-law.



"What I mean Dad is (looking at her in-laws):



"Those who used to wash the dishes must carry on washing them.



Those who used to do the laundry must carry on doing that.



Those who cooked should not stop at my account, AND



Those who used to clean should continue cleaning"!!!



"And what are you here for?" enquired the mother-in-law.



"ME??? WELL,I'M HERE ONLY TO ENTERTAIN YOUR SON!!!!!"

A taxi conductor who lives in Kasubi recently got the shock of his life when a passenger he had earlier confiscated a hen from turned out to be his mother-in-law.

Earlier in the day, the conductor had had a row with one of the passengers travelling from Mityana to Kampala.

The elderly female passenger had only sh4,000 of the sh4500, which was required for the journey.

She begged the conductor to let her off but he refused and instead confiscated her chicken.

Later in the day, the conductor retired home with the confiscated hen. His wife was happy to receive him, especially because they had an important visitor and he had brought good sauce for supper.

But to the conductor’s utter horror, the important visitor was the the same woman from whom he had confiscated the hen.

The angry woman got up and left as soon as she saw who her son-in-law was and vowed never to visit her daughter again.
