Aw Kitalo nyo. He is done here and he has gone home. Heaven is not only our home but our true life. This is not an unfeeling theory, but god has a reason for everything and sometimes it's hard to wrap your mind around why god choses to do the things he does but Dr. Kiggundu is better off where he is. Awonye the endless political battles. Tumusabire afune ekiwumulo ekyemirembe.
