Indeed Specioza Kazibwe like her darling have run out of ideas ! Burials are not an issue in todays Uganda. It;s corruption, Roads,Schools ,Dictatorship, Safe houses, burning of schools in Buganda, the stupid land laws and TUTSI occupation of Buganda . We need ideas over the above issues not burials !!
