Omumbejja its never too late,and yes the blind might believe coz they didnt see and the deaf might believe coz they didnt hear,and about coming out in the beginning,it wasnt so easy coz nobody knew wat this govt that by the way was supported so much in the central region,had to offer,So its after seeing the outcomes that I think people like Kasajja are now coming out.
