...and I'm sure you've been thinking too. Some thoughts that you feel are kind of different, thoughts you'd like to share but wonder whether they'll make sense to others like they do to you.

So here is one from me;

Bagmam would have been a better name for the city called Bagdad. Because Dads usually don't have bags, except travelling ones that they use when going on trips or even when walking out.

But Mama always has her bag with her, and consistency is good. And mam's bag has very many goodies, I as a child always expected good things, nice looking, sweet smelling and delicious to come from mam's bag.

Which is why I think Bagmam is better a name than Bagdad.

Meli mwattu kyogereko ekyo.Nga kyantabula dda!!

Just like EKISAMBI.

As a kid I always asked and kept asking myself...why on earth would ekisambi be named so.Any one would agree with me that ekisambi would literally kusamba anything.

My argument here would challenge for thoughtfulness when giving names to body parts. Ekisambi name would fit a foot (Ekigere), because of the ability to kick, and Ekigere would be best suited for the palm (ekibatu), for the ability of okugera a verb from ekigero (measurement).

A tongue is another one...Olulimi would be a hoe.

Ekisambi bwe kisamba

Ekigere nga kigera

Then olulimi ne lulima
