Ladies and Gentlemen, I here by once again clarifying the issue out for you all. Mr. Chamu and Saava, I understand your point rather concern. We all have to understand that the future of our country engineering-wise is in jeopardy... I am glad that Chamu pointed out to all of us that we have many good children back home... well, what are those engineers doing to help the future???? I don't think there is anything if they are not showing the kids how fun it is to be an engineer. secondly if we know that we have been cheat... through things like "bonna basome", "bona bagagawale", "muzale mwale", then when are we going to WAKE UP fellow Ugandans????? If we know that we are wayyy back... when are we going to CATCH UP???? This project, if supported by the parents, will not be ran by the Uganda government... all we will need to an official who will be able to coordinate and run the whole program. I am still hoping to hear from all of you, and then I will introduce the actual program in advance.
EricMugisha, in my opinion, it might be a bit difficult for parents to give their support on "an engineering prospect for kids" for which parents have no adequate information. Would it not be a better approach if you give the parents details of that program, and let them be interested?
Of course, in principle, engineering is good for ugandan kids.

Below is how you finalised:
Wilth your support, fellow Ugandas, we can get Uganda involved in a certain program ran in the USA. After seeing your reply to this issue, I will go ahead and tell you about the program, which can be indeed good for our Uganda kids. But like I said, it is not possible for me to do it alone I need the support most especially from you the parents.
Ok since some of us have showed some interest, I will go ahead and show you some of the whole program. This will be the root of the whole program if we succeed. The website is www.usfirst.org Go and check it out then tell me what you think. We need to get off the ground. Thanks everyone hope to hear from all of you about this issue.
It's a damn good program. But how do we go about it? I think it's something we'll have to launch back home, so we can like collaborate with these people, telling them, we'll send some of our best to take part in their contests. How else can it work? I know many young boys interested into something like this. And once it gets popular, many will be inspired. Whatever comes of it Ericmugisha, as a Ugandan, I thank you for seeing something good and thinking about/wishing it upon your homeland.
