Kasubi tombs on fire

Kasubi tombs on fire

A fire has destroyed Kasubi tombs.

The fire broke out at about 9:00 p.m. The cause of the fire is still unknown.

Located west of the city Kampala, the tombs are a UNESCO world heritage site.

The tombs are a burial site for ancient kings of Buganda kingdom.
