I will start off with the one rule that has always been the the norm here.



The ground rule here has always been respect for one another. Considering that we all stand at different points in this world, we can't have the same points of view on issues. Our discussions here will then be nice and productive if we respected and accommodated each others opinions. We are one people at the end of the day.





The other is not to get personal. If we concentrated on the topics under discussions and not the personal qualities of the contributors, then we are bound to have a good discussion.
