It has been around for a long time. (It did not start 2 or 5 years ago) It doesn't seem to be increasing in rate, but rather holding at a steady pattern. Who do you think is at fault? and what do you think the solution should be to this problem?

People who believe in sacrifices are the problem and the solution is to prohibit all witchdctors who advertise themselves coz a professional one doesnt need to kwekubira bulaango.
