It has been long time since the horns of hatred was banged by imperialist,buganda and other states in what came to known as uganda had a clear
position over its land in that Acholi had a decentralised system,buganda with a centralised system,that made its citizens leaved hamoniasly.never the less we can appreciate the formation of a big uganda but it should be on federal system since we all have different dialects that only proves a different cultural background of which the only way we can achive development is through contracting and uprooting our social behaviour into a modern one without whiping out our TRADITIONS because we are human beings thus we have a route we come from,
WHEN God was creating humanity water and land came first...the advise should have been developing those existing system of land polycies and to devise means of developing our mother land.
but we cannot achieve that when we have same brain since 1962 we need a tremendous change in the political arena if we are to achieve the milleniar goals
